search,share,start,devices,settings bar won't appear ?

Hi,



Windows 8.1



If you put your mouse cursor on the right hand lower corner, you get this bar where it says search on top and settings on the bottom.

So it's Search, share, start, devices, settings.

But recently so often, it happens that even if I put my mouse cursor on the right hand lower corner, this bar won't appear.

How do I fix this ?
